Project Rachel, the Catholic Church’s ministry to those who have been involved in abortion is a network of specially trained priests, religious, counselors, and laypersons who provide team response of care for those suffering in the aftermath of abortion. In addition to referring for Sacramental Reconciliation, the ministry provides an integrated network of services including pastoral counseling, support groups, and referrals to licensed mental health professionals. TEC (Teens Encounter Christ)
Calling all juniors and seniors in high school: TEC (Teens Encounter Christ) weekend: February 17-19, 2018 at Mater Dei High School in Breese, IL. Teens Encounter Christ (TEC) is a three-day Catholic retreat for the young adults of Southern Illinois. It’s a place for older teens and young adults to reflect – through talks, skits, art, music, sacraments, fellowship and fun – on where they are in life and how they can live their faith with love, joy and courage.
